Upcoming Camp Pendleton Bike Path Closure: Thursday August 25

The Camp Pendleton Bike Path between Las Pulgas Rd. and the southern boundary of the San Onofre State Park will be closed per order of the U.S. Marine Corps for one day only on Thursday, August 25 between 0600 and 1800 hours. Caltrans will allow bicycling on the freeway shoulders in that segment during the bike path closure. Signage will be provided to allow temporary bicycling access on the freeway and to direct cyclists to exit at all off ramps including vista points and weigh stations. The bike path between Basilone Rd. and Cristianitos Rd. will remain open.
